Pentecost

It is appropriate the today is Pentecost. The day the Holy Spirit touched the disciples and challenged them to go out in the world and spread God's grace and love.  This is a day where we are reminded of the power of the Holy Spirit and the example Jesus showed us, the model of a perfect life in service to others.
It is today our church prayed over the team traveling to Seward. The presence of the Church, God's people, praying over us was powerful indeed. We pray for continued guidance from the Holy Spirit as we make this trip. We pray that we can be shining presence of the love Jesus showed us.
